1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at posterics.com.

  2. The owner and operator of the store is:

  1. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and Businesses using the Store.

  2. The Store operates in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.

2. Definitions

  • Store – the online store operating at posterics.com.

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Store.

  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity.

  • Product – a poster or other product offered for sale in the Store.

  • Order – a declaration of intent made by the Customer to purchase Products.

3. Products and Prices

  1. All Products offered in the Store are new and free from defects.

  2. Prices are displayed in the Store and are final prices.

  3. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and product availability at any time.

4. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store website.

  2. To place an order, the Customer must:

    • select Products,

    • add them to the cart,

    • complete the order form,

    • choose a payment method,

    • confirm the order.

  3. An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s email address.

  4. The sales contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the Seller.

5. Payment Methods

The Store offers the following payment methods:

  • electronic payments,

  • bank transfer,

  • other payment methods available at checkout.

Payment must be made within the time specified during checkout.

6. Delivery

  1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

  2. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.

  3. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and destination.

  4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the Product.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by email.

  4. The Product must be returned unused and in its original condition.

  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

  6. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned Product.

8. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable for Product defects in accordance with applicable law.

  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to posterics.com@gmail.com.

  3. A complaint should include the order number and description of the issue.

  4. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All content available in the Store, including graphics, descriptions, and designs, is protected by copyright.

  2. Copying, reproducing, or using Store content without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Seller is not liable for interruptions in Store operation due to technical reasons beyond its control.

  2. The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of Products.

12. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.

  2. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent Polish courts.

13. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Store website.
